Vanguard x SEF: A Strategic MoU to Empower Talent and Ecosystem Growth in Esports

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – August 24, 2025: Vanguard, represented by its Founder & Chairman, Engineer Mohammed Alotaibi has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Saudi Esports Federation (SEF) represented by its CEO, Rawan Albutairi to strengthen cooperation in esports and advance the objectives of Saudi Arabia’s National Gaming & Esports Strategy.

This agreement emphasizes talent development and ecosystem growth, positioning Saudi Arabia as a global center for esports.

Talent Development:

As part of the MoU, Vanguard will collaborate closely with the Saudi Esports Academy to provide structured internships, mentorship, and career pathways for Saudi talent. Selected graduates of the Academy will be given opportunities for employment at Vanguard, supported by on-the-job training programs, seminars, and mentorship led by seasoned esports professionals.

Through this partnership, Vanguard and SEF will jointly facilitate job placements, talent acquisition strategies, and knowledge-sharing initiatives that bridge the gap between education and industry experience.

Ecosystem Growth:

The MoU outlines a joint commitment to developing new esports-related intellectual properties (IPs) and initiatives. Together, Vanguard and SEF will coordinate with public and private stakeholders to sustain and expand the esports ecosystem in the Kingdom.

This agreement reflects a shared vision to empower Saudi talent, strengthen community engagement, and establish a scalable framework for future growth. By combining SEF’s industry leadership with Vanguard’s operational excellence, the collaboration will contribute to the advancement of Saudi Vision 2030 and accelerates the Kingdom’s transformation into a world-leading esports destination.
